Subjects covered under the topics on Availability of Bakery Products Raw Material, Brand etc., In-Puts on Tools & Equipment’s Involved, Machinery etc., Hyderabad Karachi Biscuit, Jerra Salt Biscuit, Sweet Cookies, Preparation of Yeast Fermented Products, Preparation of Plain Sponge Cake products, Preparation of Puffs items, Preparation of Black Forest Cake Base, Packing, Labeling & Costing of the product Marketing Aspects. Interested candidates (Male/Female) above 18 years of age with a minimum educational qualification of 10th Std may apply. Air-conditioned hostel facility is available at Chennai affordable rates for men and women. (on first come, first serve basis)
